Twenty two years after the release of his monster best seller "The Wealthy Barber", author and financial pundit David Chilton will return to bookstores later this year with a follow up book - entitled simply The Wealthy Barber Returns.
David Chilton is now very concerned about consumer debt and the ease of access we have to credit. He says this single factor, coupled with our weakening resolve to save, is our Achilles heel.
I agree. I don't know how much real world experience Mr. Chilton has these days - I presume he is a wealthy semi retired author who no longer has to meet every day Canadians on a daily basis and counsel them through their financial difficulties.
In this blog, I plan to offer numerous real world stories of what has happened and is happening in the world of Canadian credit - perhaps providing fodder for David Chilton's arguments.
